Matthew Hughes joined Elders Bega in 2022 as a Salesperson and Marketing Specialist, quickly becoming the driving force behind our digital presence and property marketing. With a Master of Arts in Media and Communications from the University of New England, Armidale, and years of experience in media and marketing, Matthew brings a fresh, modern perspective to real estate. Every campaign is meticulously planned and executed to ensure each property achieves maximum exposure.
Beyond sport, Matthew plays a key role with the Bega Show Society Committee, pioneering the popular Bega BBQ Smokeout Competition and leading social media and marketing for the annual show.
Matthew’s innovation and results have been recognised at the 2024 Elders NSW/ACT Awards, where he was nominated for both Digital Presence of the Year and Marketing Excellence. His career prior to real estate included working with leading brands such as MasterCard, Barbeques Galore, Fox Sports, Discovery Network, and Colliers International, delivering high-impact marketing and brand campaigns.
